As vehicle technology changes, here at Robertson Gemini we aim to keep up and as we continue to invest in the business we have recently purchased the latest Ford Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) from Maverick Diagnostic Ltd.

Currently there's not a Ford main dealer within Dumfries and Galloway meaning it can be long journey just to get some simple work done on your Ford, whether it's servicing, diagnostics, software updates, keys coded etc but thanks to IDS we can do all that here.
Ford like many manufactures have now moved to online service history so the vehicles don't come with a service book, if you take your car to a garage and they don't update your online service record or issue a stamped service book then you basically have no service history which can affect the value of your car, we update your online service record and give you a print out of the service history to keep in your car. This also means that if your Ford is still under manufactures warranty then your warranty remains intact and the Ford dealer can see that your car has been serviced in line with the manufactures standards.
A lot of people assume or are told by the main dealer that you need to take your car back to them for servicing, this is not true, you can take it to any garage you want so you know that if you get your car serviced here at Robertson Gemini you'll get the same service as you would at a main dealer without the hassle of a long journey, the expense or perhaps even having to take a day off work to do so. Unfortunately we can't do Ford warranty work, that still has to be done at a main dealer but we can do all your other Ford requirements.
